俄勒冈州驾照
搬到美国后，在俄勒冈州拿到你的第一本驾照。
流程是这样的
- 1你到了你搬到了俄勒冈州，想在这里开车。
- 2学习许可你拿着学习驾驶许可（learner permit）上路练车。
- 3笔试你参加笔试。
- 4路考你上车参加路考。
- 拿驾照考试通过，驾照就到手了。
费用
第一本驾照
C 类（Class C）或受限 C 类驾照的费用是 $58，限期（limited-term）版本是 $23。
这笔费用在申请时缴纳。
你的社会安全号码（SSN）
提供你的号码，以及谁能看到
你必须提供分配给你的社会安全号码（SSN），或者提交一份书面声明，说明你没有被分配号码；车管局（DMV）会向社会安全局（SSA）核验这个号码。如果你的号码此前已经核验过，这项要求不适用于相关的非 REAL ID 证件。
要参加的考试
视力检查
视力检查是免费的。如果你戴着眼镜或隐形眼镜接受检查，你的驾驶资格上会注明必须佩戴矫正镜片；如果没有通过，DMV 会给你一张表格，让你带去找有执照的视力专业人员。
路考
除非获得免试，你都要通过实际驾驶演示，证明自己开车不会危及他人或财产。
笔试有几次机会
在 DMV 办事处没考过，当天可以再考一次，具体要看该办事处的考试安排；在线考试则是任意 24 小时内最多两次，每种考试类型总共最多四次，再往后就只能到 DMV 办事处考。如果被发现作弊，这次判为不合格，而且 90 天内不能再考。

使用翻译
笔试提供英语和西班牙语两种版本，在线版还可以把题目和选项朗读出来。路考时，车内只允许你和考官两个人——翻译、家人、朋友和宠物都不能同车。
参加笔试时，经授权的翻译可以和你一起待在考试区域；经许可，你还可以用纸质外语词典，但不能用电子词典。考试在触摸屏上进行，提供多种语言，语音朗读可开可关，你也可以自带耳塞或耳机。路考时车内不允许有翻译。DMV 的办事处名单还发布了粤语、普通话、俄语、西班牙语和越南语版本。
用学习许可练车
练车时谁能坐在你旁边
只有陪你的人年满 21 岁、并且持有有效驾照满三年，你在监督下练车的时长才算数。
陪你的人必须坐在你旁边的座位上；如果是摩托车学习许可，他则骑另一辆摩托车在旁边看着你。
开车时你必须随身携带学习驾驶许可（instruction permit），并且有一位年满 21 岁、持有相同驾驶资格的驾照或签注（endorsement）的人陪同。
路考当天带什么

路考时，车内只允许你和考官两个人；翻译、家人、朋友和宠物都不能同车。
考试用车和保险
你要开一辆载人汽车来，车辆注册在有效期内，还要带上有效的保险证明。考官会检查车辆能否自行启动，转向灯、刹车灯、喇叭、安全带、后视镜是否正常，轮胎有没有磨平或损坏，消音器有没有严重漏气，副驾驶车门能否从车内和车外打开——车辆检查不通过，考试就要改期。租来的车也可以用，前提是租车合同上有你的名字，或者租车公司出具信函，把保险责任延伸到你身上。
你用的车必须是你所申请的驾照类别可以驾驶的车型，不能是更低类别就能开的车。
