视力检查
任一只眼睛的视力低于 20/40，就会被转介给眼科专科医生；如果视力无法再矫正，20/70 仍可能符合条件，但如果双眼都在 20/80 或更差、且都无法矫正，就拿不到驾照。如果戴矫正眼镜能让你达到标准，驾照上会注明限制：开车时必须佩戴。8
双眼视力达到 20/40 或更好（无论是否佩戴矫正眼镜）即可通过，无需转介，同时你的视野必须至少达到 130 度。望远式镜片不计入这一标准；达不到最低要求的驾驶人，其驾驶资格会被吊销。9
