I used a non-US address on my ITIN application, but Equifax only accepts a US address when signing up. I can provide a US address, but does it need to match the one on my ITIN application?

No—your Equifax address does not need to match your ITIN application, but the U.S. address you enter must be your real current address. The old foreign address on your Form W‑7 does not block you from using a real current U.S. address with Equifax. You only need a separate IRS update if your actual home mailing address changed—not simply to make the two systems match.
